Saad Shah, President
Saad is the President and Founder of Metric-X. He has over 20 years of experience in quantitative methods, software development and project management helping companies implement business intelligence and customer relationship management solutions. Over the past ten years, Saad has built Metric-X on a foundation of these guiding principles:

Prior to starting Metric-X, Saad worked at Cambridge Technology Partners for three years, and for EDS for seven years. He worked on technology projects for a variety of companies representing the financial, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. A sampling of companies includes Citibank Latin America, Ameritech, Cingular Wireless, OnStar, General Motors and Chrysler.
Saad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He previously served as the Director of Corporate Outreach for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Great Lakes Chapter.
Ken Taylor, Director of Operations
Ken is the Director of Operations and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Metric-X’s projects. Ken has over 15 years of experience within the IT industry.
Ken joined Metric-X in 2007, and prior to that played a variety of technical and project management roles. He has worked for and provided consulting services to Pomeroy IT Solutions, NFO Group, HCR Manor Care, Trident Tooling Systems, Inc, EPCO, Inc and Digital Technologies.
Ken’s background has enabled him to achieve in-depth experience in managing software development projects, IT infrastructure projects, and custom manufacturing projects. He also has technical knowledge in MS Small Business Server setup and management, SQL Server Database Query and Data Analysis, MS Project Server and SharePoint Services setup and management.
Ken has helped define the project management practices at Metric-X. Along with formal project management methods, he believes strong communications with programmers, system administrators, business managers, and executives are the key to successful project execution.
Ken is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
